What, man health? Everybody is on my back to take care of my health, heart and my weight.

The idea is like this: if you do a lot of physical work or training, you won’t have to start a whole new complicated exercise program that promises miracles.
You just keep doing that works and adjust things like what you eat and when.
Listen to your body, if it hurts, take care of it yourself.
If it keeps hurting, get some expert help to help you get it back in good order.
That’s easy to do and doesn’t mean you have big changes that might not work.
If you want to go a bit further, review a health product or two that can really help prevent those scary diseases and control them if you’re already sick.

Sadly, most of us will get “man sickness”, not man health.

We’ve already talked about how to fit in exercise into our day if you already do it!
The same with eating. We already do it but if you adjust what you eat and how much, it will start working together with the exercise you already do to have your whole body looking and feeling great.
Sex. Just couldn’t help talking about it.
It is important in man health and to you and me.
Almost every man will have some problem, which can be prevented before it happens.
What? We’ve just been talking about how what we eat and a bit of exercise. Get the idea.
Eat sexy food and that leads to exercise.

Unfortunately most of us actually believe that “my health is great” when this is not the case.
We have many negative health issues, all those bad things that seem like fun when we’re doing it but is not so good afterwards, that can lead to serious illness, disease and a short life!
Part of the problem is that we often don’t know about health issues and this increases the risks for many bad health conditions.
Your health is probably your most important asset.
Without good health, everything else is harder to do.

Unhealthy attitudes towards many man health issues are too easily accepted by us, our buddies in fact most people.
While growing up, we were all told or learned it pretty quick, to not be weak or talk about health issues or get help.
Despite high health risks for men, there’s not much information, about specific man health issues, out there.
